Who should attend

The mission is open to companies across any area and will offer individual tailor-made programmes designed to meet every company’s needs. 

To be eligible the company must be UK registered or have substantial UK content and not be one of a small list of sections excluded from UK Government programmes (consult us for guidance if you think this affects you). 

 

The Caribbean Council will be leading a UK business mission to the Bahamas in October 2023.

The mission is being undertaken in partnership with the UK Department for Business & Trade, and the Bahamas Chamber of Commerce & Employers Confederation.

The focus of the visit will be to introduce
members to the Bahamas market and orient them by providing:

  • High profile 4-day programme of networking and collaborationion
  • A personalised programme of business meetings relevant to your commercial objectives
  • Round-table meetings with senior Government and private sector figures
  • Networking events with local potential business partners (including a networking
    reception at the British High Commissioner’s Residence)
  • A set of briefings and presentations by local specialist speakers
  • An optional visit to Grand Bahama to meet with business leaders on the island
  • Media exposure for your brand/company in the Bahamas as part of the delegation
